Joseph Hatem is a strong family man who has lived in Fair Oaks Ranch for over 30 years.  He and his wife have raised 2 girls plus various unusual family pets. He has been very active in his community and local schools where he could be seen supporting his girls in school, extracurricular and sports activities. 

He has undergraduate degrees from California State University at Los Angeles (BS) and University of Southern California (BA), as well as a Graduate degree from USC (MBA).  His career experience has included working under the Chairman and President of multi-billion dollar grocery companies and as President of his own Executive Recruiting Company.  His career travels brought him to Texas where he met his future wife and the Texas Hill Country became his “Forever Home”.  

Upon entering Real Estate full time, he quickly became a top producer earning the prestigious designations of CRS, GRI, ABR and finally Broker.  Joe has been a designated MCE instructor in Texas and has served on both the Grievance and Professional Standards committees at the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

A 30+ year investor in Real Estate, he brings his practical experience in Real Estate investments and home ownership to his clients.  The end result of each transaction is mutual respect, satisfied clients and family friends for life.

After moving around quite a bit due to my husband’s Military career, we retired here in Boerne 2005.  Best move we ever made!

I quickly worked on my Texas Real Estate license shortly after and have been working ever since.  Hard not to do what you love in the great state of Texas.

Whether it’s listing my clients home in order to help them achieve their next dream, or finding my clients their first Dream home, I make it as smooth as possible, doing for each what I would want and how I would want someone to do for me.

With over 25 years’ experience in sales and sales leadership with a major corporate medical company, I bring sharp business experience and keen negotiation skills to my clients. I joined Keller-Williams in 2012 to lend the same strengths to helping home buyers, sellers and investors reach their Real Estate goals. Each transaction brings high integrity, mutual respect and customer satisfaction to my clients. 

As a resident for over 30 years in San Antonio and Boerne, I love both cities and the surrounding hill country! I am happy to be raising my family here with my husband. Long ago, I got my B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Chemistry from New Mexico State University.
